The Financial Manager will develop and manage a budget and ensure compliance with financial regulations, negotiate loans and lines of credit, create financial statements, and oversee financial activity in the data center management industry.

· Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures

· Direct and oversee an organization’s financial and budgetary activities

· Manage general activities related to making products and providing services

· Consult with other executives, staff, and board members about general operations

· Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements

· Appoint department heads and managers

· Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance indicators

· Identify places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies, and programs

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 

• Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.

• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP(SAP, Oracle) system.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• This position is offered with an annual salary of $122,600 with benefits.
